Signarama Australia has made it to 100!

The 100th franchise will open within weeks in Mosman,NSW. This is the latest example of the growth and success that Signarama is experiencing, both nationally and globally. Signarama’s success is not based just on exceptional products and services, but a strong focus on strategy, branding and content.

Sales and Promotion
Simon Reynolds of Forbes magazine says “It may sound crude, but ultimately an obsession with sales is at the heart of all sustained business growth”. This is not to say sell and promote your service or product shamelessly—but rather with clear plan that outlines goals, strategy, customer database software (CRM), training and constant assessment.

Brand
A brand distinguishes one business from another. In addition to a logo, brand incorporates a company’s philosophy, mission, culture and packaging. You have the opportunity to connect, shape, influence and lead with your brand…but your brand (which is much, much more than just your logo) has to be well thought out, planned and implemented with purpose across your business—from the inside (processes and culture) out (logo, packaging, uniforms).

You have wealth of knowledge about your product, service and industry, all you need to do is put pen to paper (so to speak) and share it around. From writing blogs, educational videos to e-guides, the key is to write with purpose (is this of value to my readers?) and to write consistently.

Strategy
Without a marketing strategy often it can come to little or no effect. Strategy looks at target audience, customer needs, unique selling proposition and ways to reach those people effectively. Strategy also looks at your brand and how you promote yourself. It is a working roadmap to achieve your sales goals.
