SIGNARAMA adds a Signage Masterpiece to the National Gallery at Federation Square

by admin on November 17, 2011

SIGNARAMA’s Melbourne CBD store recently completed a brilliant directional signage installation for Melbourne’s iconic National Gallery at Federation Square. Each year, the National Gallery attracts over 1.5 million visitors from hundreds of different nations, backgrounds and languages so good directional signage will definitely come in handy!

The signage was designed to be completely detachable from the structure of the building itself and was methodically installed in stages over an entire week. There was laser-cutting and engineering involved too – talk about a custom-made sign! It seems very appropriate that this signage was for the National Gallery as it certainly looks and sounds like quite the work of art to me!

Next time you’re in Melbourne CBD, wander down and take a look.

Have you seen any interesting directional signage lately? What was it that you liked about it?
